DMCA & copyright policy
Tiktokdow respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. We don't host TikTok content — files are fetched from TikTok at a user's request — but we will block downloads of specific content when its rights holder asks.
How to request a block
Send a notice to tiktokdowonline@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA notice". Please include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- The TikTok link(s) of the content (or the account) you want blocked.
- A description of the copyrighted work and proof that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner (for creators, sending the request from the email linked to your TikTok account, or a screenshot of your logged-in profile, is usually enough).
- This statement: "I have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law."
- This statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorised to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to act on complete notices within 3 working days. Once a link is blocked, Tiktokdow will refuse to process it.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice to tiktokdowonline@gmail.com with your contact details, the blocked link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the block was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, and your signature.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict access for anyone who repeatedly uses the Service to infringe copyright.
Removing content from TikTok itself
Blocking on Tiktokdow doesn't remove the video from TikTok. To have content removed from TikTok, use TikTok's own copyright reporting tools.
