Terms of Use

By using Tiktokdow (the "Service"), operated by DGclicks, India, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Tiktokdow lets you download publicly available TikTok content — videos, audio, photos and stories — from links you provide. We don't host this content; files are fetched from TikTok's servers at your request.

2. No affiliation

Tiktokdow is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or any creator. "TikTok" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the Service works with.

3. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for how you use content you download. You agree to:

  • use downloads for personal, lawful purposes, such as private viewing or reposting your own content;
  • respect the rights of creators and copyright owners, and get permission before reusing someone else's content publicly or commercially;
  • follow TikTok's Terms of Service and the laws that apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service to infringe copyright, privacy or other rights;
  • attempt to access private content or content you're not permitted to view;
  • automate requests, scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing service or API without our written permission;
  • interfere with, overload or try to bypass the Service's security or rate limits.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

5. Copyright complaints

We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar laws. See our DMCA page.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will always work, that every link can be downloaded, or that downloads will have a particular quality. TikTok may change its systems at any time, which can affect the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of downloaded content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to USD 50.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.
